Jessica Woolverton
Hello, my name is Jessica Woolverton, a new real estate agent at Newberry Real Estate in Tyler. I was
born in Carrollton, Texas, in 1975 and grew up in Longview, Texas. I graduated from Lone Oak High School
in 1993 and moved to Edgewood, Texas, where I live with my husband, the love of my life. We raised
eight wonderful children together, who are all grown and pursuing their own dreams.
My husband owns a hardwood flooring installation/refinishing business that serves Tyler and most of
East Texas. This has given me a great insight into the construction business and the opportunity to meet
and work with many great tradesmen in the construction field. Learning about each trade has given me
insight about how homes should be built, maintained, and improved to meet the needs and preferences
of the homeowners. I have also learned a lot about the local markets and the many beautiful
neighborhoods to live in.
I am excited about the next chapter in my life as a real estate agent. Whether you are looking for a cozy
